1. Scope

These terms apply to all sales, promotions, discount codes, limited-time offers, and bundle pricing offered by Flaunté on flaunte.co.nz.

By placing an order or participating in a promotion, you agree to these terms.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Flaunté.

An order is not confirmed until you receive a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to dispatch, including where:

• Products are unavailable
• There is an error in pricing or product information
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent or misuse activity

If an order is cancelled, any payment made will be refunded in full.

3. Promotional Pricing and Sale Events

Promotional pricing and sale offers are valid only for the period specified on the Website or in related marketing.

Flaunté reserves the right to:

• Modify or end a promotion at any time, provided this does not affect orders already confirmed
• Correct any pricing errors prior to order acceptance
• Limit quantities per customer, household, or order

All prices are in NZD and include GST (15%).

Any “was / now” or reference pricing reflects a genuine prior price in accordance with the Fair Trading Act 1986.

4. Discount Codes and Vouchers

Discount codes are subject to the following:

• Single use per customer unless otherwise stated
• Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
• One code per order unless specified
• Cannot be combined with other offers (including bundles or sale pricing) unless stated
• Valid only for the period specified
• May be deactivated if used fraudulently or outside intended terms

Discounts apply to the product subtotal only, unless otherwise specified.

5. Bundle Pricing

Bundle offers (e.g. 2 for $49.99, 3 for $69.99) apply only to eligible products at the time of purchase.

• Bundles cannot be combined with additional discounts unless stated
• Bundle pricing applies per transaction and cannot be split across orders

If an item in a bundle becomes unavailable before dispatch, we will contact you to:

• Offer a substitute product, or
• Provide a refund for the affected item(s)

6. Free Shipping Threshold

Free standard shipping applies to orders over $60 NZD, calculated on the subtotal after discounts and promotions, before shipping.

If discounts reduce the order below this threshold, shipping charges will apply.

7. Email Sign-Up Offers

Sign-up promotions (e.g. 10% off first order) are:

• Limited to new subscribers (one per person/email)
• Delivered via email and must be applied at checkout
• Not valid retrospectively
• Valid for the period stated
• Not combinable with other offers unless stated

By subscribing, you consent to receiving marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time.

8. Returns During Promotional Periods

All purchases are subject to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, including during sale periods.

Where a remedy is required under the CGA, it will be provided in accordance with New Zealand law.

9. Fair Trading Act Compliance

Flaunté complies with the Fair Trading Act 1986.

We do not make false, misleading, or deceptive representations regarding pricing, discounts, or availability.
