1. Your Rights Under New Zealand Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) or any other applicable New Zealand consumer law.
Where you are purchasing for personal use, Flaunte provides guarantees that goods:
- Are of acceptable quality
- Are fit for purpose
- Match their description
If a product does not meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy as provided under the CGA.
2. Change of Mind
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.
Please choose carefully before placing your order, including reviewing product details, sizing, and application guidance.
3. Hygiene & Product Use
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, our press-on nail products are intended for single-user application and should not be resold, or shared once opened.
We are not responsible for issues arising from:
- Incorrect application or removal
- Failure to follow care instructions
- Normal wear and tear
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:
- Opened nail sets (for hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased during a promotional or final-sale event marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper application, or failure to follow care instructions
5. How to Make a Return Claim
To initiate a return or make a claim, please follow these steps:
- Email us at hello@flaunte.co.nz with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if the product is faulty or damaged
- We will respond within 2–3 business days to advise on next steps
- If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back
- Do not return items without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns may not be processed
6. Refund Processing
Where a refund is required under applicable New Zealand law, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
7. Bundles & Promotional Offers
Where products are purchased as part of a bundle or promotional offer, any remedy will be applied in a manner consistent with the CGA.
We reserve the right to assess items individually and determine an appropriate resolution in line with legal requirements.
