Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed (Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays).
Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive:
- An order confirmation email once your order is placed
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.
The free shipping threshold is calculated on the order subtotal after discounts, before shipping.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the order date, and are indicative only.
Delivery may take longer in the following circumstances:
- Rural or remote addresses (additional 1–3 business days)
- Peak periods (including sales events, public holidays, and Christmas–New Year)
- Unforeseen courier delays outside our control
Flaunté is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched, where such delays are outside our reasonable control.
4. Shipping Carrier
We primarily ship via our NZ partner courier network. The specific service used may vary depending on your delivery address and the size of your order.
5. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
Flaunté is not liable for orders that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
Where possible, we may attempt to assist in redirecting parcels, however this cannot be guaranteed.
We may be able to deliver to PO Boxes depending on the courier service used. If delivery to a PO Box is not available for your selected shipping option, we may contact you to arrange an alternative address.
6. International Shipping
At this time, Flaunté ships within New Zealand only.
We may introduce international shipping in the future. For enquiries, please contact hello@flaunte.co.nz.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of both the packaging and product.
If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received your parcel:
- Please check with neighbours and any safe delivery locations
- If still unresolved, contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the courier
Carrier investigations may take up to 5 business days to complete.
We will work with the courier to determine an appropriate resolution in line with applicable New Zealand law.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may:
- Leave a calling card
- Attempt redelivery
- Hold the parcel at a depot for collection
If a parcel is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery or non-collection, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply where the failed delivery is not due to our error.
